As a rinse-out, apply a small amount to damp hair after showering, distribute from ends to roots, rinse and style as usual. Start with a dime-sized amount to avoid heaviness, especially if you have fine or low-porosity hair.Ā

As a deep conditioner, applyĀ generously to freshly shampooed, damp hair section by section. Detangle each section while the product is applied. Cover with a plastic cap and apply low heat (hooded dryer or heated cap) for 20ā30 minutes, or leave on without heat for 30ā45 minutes. Rinse with cool water to seal the cuticle and follow with your preferred styler.Ā
